Trial Class

Learn to swim in this fun and dynamic 60-minute aquafitness class in a mermaid's tail. You'll learn different synchronized swimming techniques to get you feeling like a beautiful mermaid. You'll be surprised at the speed and power behind the mermaid's tail. We'll leave time for photos at the end, so bring your camera to get the perfect shot of you as a mermaid.

Class Outline:
- Tail selection and how to wear.
- Swimming ability evaluation (no tail).
- Swimming with tail (with and without floaters)
- Games & Challenges- Time for photos

Location:  Selina Hotel, Nacional road, Manuel Antonio, km 5, in front of the plane restaurant, Puntarenas Province, Quepos, Costa Rica

Prerequisite: Students MUST know how to swim 10 meters without help. 7 years old minimum.
